Sherif Kottapurath – Non Executive Board Member
Sherif Kottapurath front ended and established first office of Wipro Global R&D in the United State of America. He has also served as CTO for India Engineering Centre of Sun Microsystems, and Architect for Sun Microsystem's Java Application Server. He has multiple patents in his name granted by US Patent Office. He was amongst the first twenty employees of Wipro Infotech R&D division.
At mPower, Sherif heads the board as a mentor bringing his technological expertise and leadership experience. He has been instrumental in setting the vision, mission, values and culture of mPower.
Sherif has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) with Distinction from BITS Pilani.
Kareem Irfan – Non Executive Board Member
With 25+ years of legal experience in managing international IP and IT initiatives, he is also the President of the Council of Religious Leaders of Metropolitan Chicago.
He has been a fore runner in the leadership capacity for over 25 years with American and International projects on Inter-faith Collaboration, Public Relations, Leadership Development and Strategic Planning.
He also holds the esteem post of General Counsel for a leading global company specializing in Energy Management.
He makes the strategic depth, wisdom and momentum of mPower's board, and has been instrumental in defining the culture and initiating the ‘PEP' drive across mPower.
Kareem Irfan holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S. in Computer Science Engineering, and J.D. from DePaul University.
Ahmed Hasan – Chief Technological Officer
Ahmed Hasan heads the technology at mPower Global and has been the backbone of conceptualizing mPower's vision of empowerment. Hasan is a name to reckon with in the Software Industry with over 14 years of experience. His core strength lies in Innovation, Training and R&D. His expertise in architecture was endorsed by winning Lockheed Martin Innovation Award for Auto-Generation tool mPire.
Hasan is the Chief Technological Officer and adds the technological vision, R&D and thought leadership to the board. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, and M.S. in Software Systems from BITS Pilani.
Abdullah Akbar Ali – Chief Executive Officer
Abdullah Akbar Ali comes with a 12 years varied experience working in diverse management roles in different industries like Software, Branding, Recruitment, BPO and Management Consulting in India and abroad. Before joining mPower, he served as Management Consultant at MXV Consulting. He has expertise in setting up of new businesses, customer acquisition & retention, and business partnerships.
Abdullah is the Chief Executive Officer at mPower and adds youth, speed and drive to the board.
Syed Habeeb Pasha – Director Human Resources
Habeeb is a Mechanical Engineer turned International Trainer, Self help coach, Motivational Speaker, and an advisor to many professionals and business people. He is passionate about people development and has transformed his life and developed strategies and methods to help change the lives of thousands more. He has designed and conducted training programs on NLP, EFT, Multiple Intelligence, Mind Mapping, Alpha Mind Conditioning, Success Strategies, Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Peak Performance. Though his main focus is the youth of the society, he does not compromise on training general masses, corporate organizations, schools and colleges. His training programs have impacted over 26000 individuals in India, Dubai, Malaysia, KSA and Brunei. He has also delivered training programs on TV, Radio and has also been covered by the print media.

Ishaq Quadri – Senior Vice President Delivery & Operations
Ishaq comes with more than 16 years of experience in Software solutions delivery to global HealthCare, Retail, and Sea Port clients in U.S., Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. Prior to joining mPower, he served as the Head of Delivery for Binary Spectrum contributing towards growth from a small start up to a leader in certified HealthCare products with multiple specialties in and clients in U.S. and India. He started his career in Port of Fujairah, UAE and had a stint with CMC Limited (A TCS Enterprise) and Adea Solutions.
Ishaq drives the excellence in delivery and also adds expertise in HealthCare, Travel, Cloud and other verticals of Industry.
Aarif Hashmi – Vice President Sales & Marketing
A senior management professional with an extensive experience in Business Development & Operations, comes with a strong experience of more than 20 years with diverse background and multiple successes in turnaround leadership, startups, business leadership, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-cultural settings and turning strategies into fully operational and profitable business goals.
He has worked in different organizations like L&T Infotech, Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab, Cranes Software International Limited and CAMO Software India Private Limited in past.
